Welcome to Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. Before booking any tour or travel service with us, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking or accessing our website, you agree to these terms and our related Payment, Cancellation & Privacy Policies.
🧭 1. General Terms
Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. acts as a travel organizer, offering tour packages, hotel bookings, and transportation services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the company.
Prices, inclusions, and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice based on supplier or government revisions.
By making a booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted all applicable policies.
💳 2. Booking & Payment
Booking is confirmed only after the minimum advance payment is received.
Full payment must be made as per the selected Payment Option (30%, 50%, or 100%) before the tour starts.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Failure to make balance payment on arrival may result in cancellation of the tour without refund.
🚫 3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to the company’s official address.
Refunds will be processed within 45 working days from the date of written cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the Payment & Cancellation Policy mentioned on our website.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the same mode of payment used during booking.
🌦 4. Rescheduling & Natural Calamities
In case of natural calamities (landslides, floods, earthquakes, political unrest, etc.), the tour may be rescheduled within 11 months, subject to availability and seasonal conditions.
The company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by external factors like weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
🧳 5. Responsibilities of Guests
All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof during travel.
Accepted ID proofs (for guests aged 18 years and above): Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence.
For guests below 18 years of age:
A Birth Certificate is mandatory for verification of restricted area's permit.
Each tourist must also provide one passport-size photograph before or during the tour for hotel check-in and permit processing (where applicable).
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, travel documents, and valuables throughout the journey.
Any damages caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment during the tour shall be borne by the guest.
All travelers are expected to follow local customs, laws, and the instructions of tour representatives for safety and smooth travel experience.
🚌 6. Transportation & Accommodation
Vehicle type and accommodation category will be provided as per the package selected.
In case of mechanical breakdown or unavoidable delay, alternate arrangements will be made to the best possible extent.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per the hotel’s policy, and early check-in is subject to availability.
⚖ 7. Liability Disclaimer
Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage to person or property due to:
Natural calamities
Acts of negligence by third-party vendors
Government restrictions or strikes
Flight, train, or vehicle delays
The company’s liability is limited to the total amount received for the specific service or booking.
📑 8. Travel Insurance
Guests are advised to take travel insurance to cover unforeseen events like illness, accident, theft, or trip cancellation.
Pahariyan Tourism Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
📅 9. Modifications & Updates
The company reserves the right to modify or change any tour itinerary, price, or service due to operational reasons or external circumstances.
Updated terms will always be available on our official website.
⚖ 10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from bookings, payments, or services will be governed by the laws of India.
The courts of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
