North Sikkim with Gangtok Tour
Day 1: NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport – Gangtok
Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.).
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the vibrant M.G. Marg, enjoy local cuisine, and shop for souvenirs.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: Gangtok – Lachen
After an early breakfast, proceed towards Lachen (9,400 ft.), a beautiful mountain village in North Sikkim.
En route, enjoy breathtaking views and visit the famous Seven Sisters Waterfall along with other scenic viewpoints. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing your journey.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.
Overnight stay in Lachen.
Day 3: Lachen – Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung
Wake up early and drive to the spectacular Gurudongmar Lake (17,000 ft.), one of the highest lakes in the world and a sacred destination for both Buddhists and Sikhs.
After spending some time at the lake, return to Lachen for breakfast and proceed towards Lachung, enjoying the scenic Himalayan landscapes along the way.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel.
Overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 4: Lachung – Yumthang Valley – Gangtok
After breakfast, visit the breathtaking Yumthang Valley (11,800 ft.), popularly known as the Valley of Flowers.
On the return journey, visit the natural Hot Spring, renowned for its medicinal properties. Guests may also opt to visit Zero Point (Yumesamdong) (at an additional cost and subject to road and weather conditions).
Later, return to Lachung for lunch before driving back to Gangtok.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 5: Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir – Nathula Pass
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to the famous Tsomgo Lake, a glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains.
Continue to visit the revered New Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (Baba Mandir) and later visit the historic Nathula Pass (subject to permit availability and weather conditions).
Return to Gangtok in the evening.
Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 6: Gangtok – NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) for your onward journey.
